The following steps can be taken to achieve CCM status for your machine:
Are You Already Qualified For CCM?
If your machine has a Cat Customer Value Agreement (CVA), it is already on course towards Cat Certified Maintained status. However, if your machine hasn’t reached its first maintenance interval yet, you can still obtain a CVA.
By having a CVA, you are already meeting the OMM requirements for dealer service, which makes it very easy for you to participate in our CCM program.
