A wide range of models is available in limited quantities. The model list is subject to change (“first come, first serve” basis). Please refer to your Sales Consultant for details.

For all applicable models, the Service Contract includes maintenance parts (Fluids & Filters), maintenance labor, oil sampling, electronic diagnostic monitoring, inspection reports and recommendations usage for ever 250 hours.The totalduration is up to 1 year or 3,000 hrs (whichever comes first), based on selected model.

In addition of the 1-year standard warranty, you will get additional two years of warranty (parts & labour) covering Powertrain and Hydraulic components. (Except Skid Steer Loader & Backhoe Loader, additional one year).

When choosing the Parts & Service Package, you will get a parts credit allowing you to purchase any Caterpillar Part at from Al Bahar parts outlets. The credit must be fully utilized by 31st December 2009.

When choosing the Rental Package, you will have the option to select among a list of machine models for rental duration of 3 or 6 consecutive months (subject to model purchased). The list of rental models is subject to availability at your local Al Bahar branch. Standard rental terms and conditions apply. The rental must start before 31st December 2009.

Yes, you can change your chosen package but only before its usage has started.

Yes, for any machine purchased with either the “Parts & Service” or “Rental” or “Utility” Value PLUS Package, we can arrange finance for your machine at a competitive standard rate, which will be higher than the 3% rate available with the “Finance” Value Plus Package (terms & conditions apply).
